The Raja Ombak

The "Raja Ombak" surfers-resort is located in Pererenan/Canggu, on the south-west coast of Bali just one kilometer from the beach and close to various worldclass surfspots. Around the corner you find the well known "Echo-Beach" Surfspot of Canggu with its surrounding restaurants, bars and shops where you can enjoy sunsets at the beach with a cold drink in your hand.

Surounded by the yet untouched nature of Balinese rice-terraces and with an extraordinary view over beautiful tropical scenery, the Raja Ombak Surfers Resort offers you an unique tropical experience.

We are close to about 8 Surfspots which cover all surflevels. The closest Surfspots are River-Mouth, The-Stairs, Sandbanks and Echo-Beach. Just 5 minutes away is well known Batu-Bolong and Oldmans. Another 5 minutes and you are at Berawa Beach with 4 Different Peaks. Just 15 minutes North is the famous Tanah-Lot temple with its surfspot in front of the cliff.

The Raja Ombak had been designed for Surfers who enjoy staying in a classy, Resort style accomodation without paying major bucks for it. We offer unique and stylish rooms ranging from the Delux Dorm Room, located in an 9m x 7m, antique javenese Teakwood-Joglo to the luxury of the Dreamland-Suite. Combined with our standard Double-Rooms and the Deluxe-Double you will find an accomodation matching his taste, needs and purse.

There is free wifi-internet available, a restaurant with an large upstairs lounge area offering the perfect location for recharging for your next surfing session and a large pool and jacuzzi to cool down and relax.

Breakfast is included and for surfers we have fresh swell-forecasts and tide-tables available.

All rooms feature spacious ensuite bathrooms and mosquito nets. The Deluxe-Room and Dreamland-Suite offer 32" TV/DVD as well as a private refrigerator. All rooms, excluding the Dorm are equipped with a private security-box. The Dorm has lockable drawers for each person and all beds are equipped with a fan and a reading-lamp!
